3.1. I need the product urgently, can it be delivered immediately?

Yes. We have delivery support for cases that need immediate delivery.

Ho Chi Minh City Area:

– FREE fast delivery for orders from 500,000 VND or more

– Orders under 500,000 VND, customers pay the shipping fee themselves.

Intercity/city area:

– Shipping time is about 1-2 days, districts and communes outside the city from 2-3 days. Apply fast delivery for orders from 800,000 VND (free shipping).

3.2. Is it possible to schedule delivery according to my free schedule?

Yes. Customers can schedule delivery on weekdays from Monday to Saturday morning, working hours from 7:45 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday: 7:45 am – 11 am (applicable to Ho Chi Minh City area).

– In the intercity/city area, you can contact the shipper to change the delivery schedule according to your wishes.

3.3. Can I check the goods before I pay?

You are free to check the goods before paying.

3.4. When can I receive my order?

You will receive your order according to the estimated time mentioned in (1), (2).
