I. In case of support for return and exchange

Currently, Nga Viet Trading Co., Ltd accepts returns due to one of the following problems/errors:

1. Product has a shelf life of less than 6 months

2. Products with shipping defects

3. Return due to manufacturer’s fault.

II. Product return and exchange conditions

1. Returned products must have intact packaging, box, not torn, …

2. Products must be stored properly

For example: In case the customer let the sun shine directly on the product, affecting the quality of the capsule, the return will not be supported.

III. Steps to return the product

– Please contact hotline: 0933.248.096 (Nga Viet Trading Co., Ltd.) notice of return

– We will conduct product information check

– After confirming eligibility for exchange, we will proceed to support the exchange and return of goods for you.

– Customers in Ho Chi Minh City area will be supported with new delivery at your business unit.

– Customers from outside the province/inter-province send goods to the company’s office address: 644/2, 3/2 street, ward 14, district 10.
