I. In case of support for return and exchange<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Currently, Nga Viet Trading Co., Ltd accepts returns due to one of the following problems\/errors:<\/p>\n\n

1. Product has a shelf life of less than 6 months<\/p>\n\n

2. Products with shipping defects<\/p>\n\n

3. Return due to manufacturer’s fault.<\/p>\n\n

II. Product return and exchange conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

1. Returned products must have intact packaging, box, not torn, …<\/p>\n\n

2. Products must be stored properly <\/p>\n\n

For example: In case the customer let the sun shine directly on the product, affecting the quality of the capsule, the return will not be supported.<\/p>\n\n

III. Steps to return the product<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

– We will conduct product information check<\/p>\n\n

– After confirming eligibility for exchange, we will proceed to support the exchange and return of goods for you.<\/p>\n\n

– Customers in Ho Chi Minh City area will be supported with new delivery at your business unit.<\/p>\n\n

– Customers from outside the province\/inter-province send goods to the company’s office address: 644\/2, 3\/2 street, ward 14, district 10.<\/p>\n\n
